Abstract. We installed GPS stations for monitoring of land subsidence of Kujukuri Plain in Chiba prefecture in 2003, and have been monitoring since then. In this paper, we discussed a data processing method capable of reducing noise in data collected by the GPS stations. Also, we compare the accuracy of leveling and GPS, and collected basic data for establishing a new monitoring system based on the combination of leveling and GPS.
